Documentary: J is for Junkie

This is by far one of the realest documentaries that I've seen in a while. It's funny because I know where most of the spots they shot at because I'm from Atlanta.
I never shun off homeless people unless I feel like they're bs-ing me. If I have money to give, I'll give because you never know what their situation is.



I really liked Ms. June because she was so freaking real. She has her mind and knows that she needs help. I actually admire her.

Role Model: Kesh

I've been following Kesh's blog (old one) (new one) since '07 & it's great to see someone you admire gain notoriety.  I love how she expresses herself artistically and doesn't give a flying squirrel about what you think about it. All of her pictures are GLORIOUS and I may have a girl crush on her. lol, no. But here's a compilation of photos of her and artwork. :D

VH1's newest show Single Ladies might just be my new favorite Monday night show. Knocking Love & Hip Hop out the spot, it's perfect! VH1 has been on point with their choice of shows lately.

But remember, if you're single, you just haven't found the perfect fit yet. Don't go out on the search for your significant other, fate will bring you all together.

I'm Back!!

I think that my last post was back in December of 2009. I've decided to make a comeback because I'm getting tired of Tumblr's generic posts & reblogs. I want to keep this blog more personal than Tumblr.

So, here's an update of what's happened since December '09 in picture form of course...

My bestfriend Cat & I became closer! :DDD

I kissed a mummy... YUMMY! lol

I partied, A LOT!

I graduated from high school!!! WOOOOOOOP!

I got a Macbook for graduation! YAAAAY! Thanks Aunt Mignon & Uncle Rick!!!

Made a new bestfriend, Shaquawn!!

Started college & became close with my roommate Jennifer and my old friend Quanisha. <3

I chopped my hair off & went natural!

I turned 19 years young and had a magnificent birthday!

I got my septum pierced but it closed up for supernatural reasons. :(

RIP Septum... it's been real.

and I also dyed my hair!

More things have happened over the past year & a half but the photo upload process takes too long soooo be grateful for these. lol.

But I promise to post as much as I can. I'm excited to restart this journey!
